On behalf of the California Lawyers Association Intellectual Property Law Section, Elizabeth will be leading this year’s delegation to Washington, D.C. April 28 – May 1, 2024, where the delegates will meet with senior officials from: (1) Senator Alex Padilla’s office, (2) Representative Zoe Lofgren’s Office, (3) Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, (4) U.S. Copyright Office, (5) U.S. Trademark and Patent Office, including Judges from the TTAB and PTAB, (6) the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, and 7) The National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
